Information on the processing of your personal data by BDHS SOLUTIONS S.R.L.

Legal basis and processing principles

BDHS SOLUTIONS S.R.L. complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

Personal data are collected and processed for legitimate, specified and explicit purposes. Disclosure to third parties takes place only:

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right to go to court

You have the right to take legal action to defend your rights under data protection legislation. The application is lodged with the competent court of your domicile and is exempt from stamp duty.

Even if you request to stop commercial communications, you may still receive administrative messages necessary for the contractual relationship, such as confirmations, technical notifications or mandatory information.
