We offer flexibility tailored to the candidate’s profile and project specifics, with physical presence in Bucharest and hybrid working regime, depending on the project and the needs of collaboration with the team and / or client.
We can collaborate either by individual employment contract (IIC) – full-time (8 hours/day) or part-time (4 hours/day) – in hybrid regime. Remuneration is negotiable and commensurate with the working hours, and timekeeping is done by time clocking/time recording. Alternatively, we can collaborate on a contract basis (PFA/SRL/B2B) for specific projects, remunerated on an hourly rate and/or deliverables. In the hourly-paid version, work is reported periodically by timesheet, and invoicing is done on a monthly basis, based on hours worked and confirmed by the project manager.
We want medium and long-term collaborations, based on responsibility, autonomy and results orientation, regardless of the contractual form chosen.
The positions in this section are available on a collaborative basis and are activated according to ongoing projects as well as specific client requirements.
We do not publish standard job descriptions (JD) for these roles, as responsibilities, level of involvement, duration and deliverables may vary from project to project (depending on industry, security and compliance requirements and technical complexity).
Collaborations are usually on a contractual basis (PFA / SRL / B2B), remunerated on an hourly rate and/or deliverables basis, depending on the nature of the project and the role assumed.
